He seperated light from dark, making the heavens with light and the earth with darkness. He named the earth, Vardo...Vardonia. Its empires and civilizations rose and fell through repeated titanic struggles between good and evil. Finally, the era of humans commenced and Vardonia enjoyed a period of peace and prosperity. Then the endless war between the kingdoms of Abylon and Arkan began.
Paladin Jasen Idohan, a young member of the elite Holy Knights of Abylon. Jasen Idohan was raised to be a knight who is deeply devoted to his god and the kingdom. So it was Jasen's bounden duty to take part in the holy war, and he did it with pride. The warship transporting Jasen and many other soldiers was wrecked. Jasen was one of a small group of survivors.
