PATCHED BY REMOVAL OF FOUNDATION STEPS IN BUILDING 4.0

The Exopod is a disconnectable external TC bunker that can be extended into a 16-rocket flanking base.

It main innovation is that if the TC if the main base needs to be replaced -- for example, because it got destroyed in a raid -- you no longer need to destroy your external TCs. Instead, you simply "disconnect" it until the main-base TC has been replaced.
