Expedition Everest: To The Greatest Mountaineer Within The Whole Kenny Veach Mystery
Dedicated to Nellia, a Great Mountaineer from Russia, who leads expeditions to the very summit of Mount Everest, from the base camp in Nepal, and who has walked the walked of the Khumbu Icefall: the most dangerous and treacherous in the world. One have qualifying ascents to meet the requirements well before being allowed to attempt Mount Everest. Always Refer to Official Requirements for The Climb available from the Nepalese Government and Mount Everest Guided Expedition Organizations. The Old Days of any truly crazy nut case willing to attempt it solo, by themselves, with no cares in the world, are long dead and gone. They’ve had too many deaths on this mountain. Things Change. It’s so unfortunate. If there were no government regulations, you bet either ourselves or Jay would take the first flight over and attempt it unto total victory or death, all or nothing, after a few qualifying technical ascents. Or at the very least trek the Ice Fall from the base camp, even if not to the actual summit. Now we believe in the legal doctrine, “Assumption of Risk”, and allowing any crazy nut case to do whatever the hell they like, even unto their own death and peril, without causing massive injury to the rest of society and civilization. Such as no one being allowed to test or play with nukes in their own backyard (so a rational limit on the second amendment). But otherwise absolute laissez faire without government intruding into peoples lives. The proper task of a national government is to provide for a Very Powerful Navy (able to sail anywhere it pleases, and to rule all the seas), a well equipped Marine Corps, and an Army but staying very well clear of peoples lives and their economic intercourse as free agents in a free society within a free market governed by the law of contracts. Thus, we hope to see certain regulations reversed as it relates to permits to climb the Summit of Everest.
