You'll see a long building in the middle area of town. Enter the middle door in the building to enter the Weapons/Armor shop. Buy the Troopa Shell for Mario, the Ribbit Stick for Mallow, the Double Punch for Geno, and the Parasol for Toadstool, then leave the shop. There are some other shops that are now open in town, and you can even play a mini-game involving Booster Hill in the south door of the middle building. When you're ready, leave town and head to Land's End.
LAND'S END
I love all of the shirts I get from this place. So soft... Hm? Oh, whoops; wrong Land's End. Anyway, from the start of this area, save at the Save Block, then jump into the cannon. Wait until it's pointing ahead, then launch onto the ledge behind the moving yellow platform. Jump onto that platform, then at its highest point, jump directly northward to uncover Hidden Treasure #24 which contains a Red Essence.
After that, continue into the second area. There, jump into the cannon and launch yourself onto the upper ledge. When you land in the hole, defeat the three Chows that jump out. To reach the chest above, stand at the southwest edge of the hole and jump to reveal a hidden platform. Go back to the cannon and launch yourself onto it, at which point the platform will start moving. Hit the chest when you're below it to obtain a Frog Coin. While you're up there, get onto the high ledge and stand at the left edge. Jump at that point to find Hidden Treasure #25 with a KerokeroCola inside.
From here, drop down and go into the area ahead. Here, you'll have to jump from platform to platform all the way to the other side while either fighting or avoiding the Geckits that get launched onto the ledges from below. If you fall, simply use the southern cannon to get back up there. At the far end, continue into another area. Save at the Save Block, then you will be able to take the upper path via the spinning red flowers or the lower path to the right. First, take the lower path to the right and you will see two blue flowers next to a path leading to the east. Jump on one flower, then across to the other to reveal Hidden Treasure #26 floating between them. It contains a Frog Coin.
Assuming you're taking the side path, head into eastern area. Follow the low path to the north where you will find an opening in the cliff. Jump into it to enter a hidden cave. Inside, follow the path while defeating the Geckits you encounter. Jump on the stack of crates along the way to reach a chest containing a Frog Coin. Continue all the way to the northmost part of the room, and jump in the top corner to reveal Hidden Treasure #27. It holds another Frog Coin.
Take the lower path right and take it to the next section of this area. Continue through the cave full of enemies until you reach the trampoline, then bounce on it to emerge in Kero Sewers of all places.
When you arrive back in Kero Sewers, you'll be on the high ledge you couldn't reach during your first visit here. Jump to the ledge to the left and hit the chest to get Cricket Jam. Now, make your way back out of the sewer via the trampoline or the pipes, and return to Tadpole Pond.
When you get here, go straight and stand on the gray stone switch to make the tadpoles appear. Jump across the pond and talk to Frogfucius, giving him the Cricket Jam to receive 10 Frog Coins as thanks. You're done here for now, so leave the pond and return to Land's End.
