Experiment : Getting stereo sound from a $10 cheap HDMI capture dongle

In this video, i used the program here https://github.com/ToadKing/mono-to-stereo to decode a stereo sound from these kind of usb hdmi capture card, very cheap like this one :
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001273895612.html

This is the only way known for now to get back a stereo sound, despite the device tells its a mono 96 Khz source. This very cheap hdmi capture card is able to capture HDMI video up to 1080P at 30 fps, and many other format such as 1280x960P at 50 fps. It doesn't need any drivers and work instantly with Windows, MacOs and Linux, even on Android smartphones ! With its 20ms only signal lag, you can even play directly on screen while recording.

Script used :
mono-to-stereo.exe --in-device "Capture USB (USB Digital Audio)" --out-device "Line 1 (Virtual Audio Cable)"

(Line 1 is a virtual sound channel i added to receive the output and use it in OBS)

Game : Doom, in 1280x960 4/3 native ratio, 50 fps on real hardware, soundcard Aztec WaveRider 3D with Samsung wavetable.
