70By default, Steam automatically chose settings based on hardware specs. They were set to the highest. Although yes you can use it, the game is unplayable as a result.
Load times are very very long. This is due to the speeds of USB 3.0 being used over SATA as we have not tried to have the internal drive use the device. In theory we can replace the drive, but you would need to replace it again before you are able to use the PS4 again. Mods work. I believe that's pretty clear and a nice bonus. Please enjoy the Lobster Med packs.
