I forgot to include in the video that in order to have a full elemental mastery build, Kazuha should be level 90. This is okay since you won't really have to spend on talents and weapon anyway, so you'll be saving a lot of resin.

This video isn't about comparing Anemo Crit Builds and Elemental Mastery build because it depends on your stats. Here's a video on when you should probably build pure EM on Kazuha, Sucrose and sometimes Venti. Although this video is just about Kazuha, there are concepts and explanations that is applicable to Sucrose and Venti as well.
