Garganacl has been on a TEAR in the Gen 9 Competitive Pokemon Singles meta game with little no counters. But with the recent usage stats for February just released, the decline of Garganacl has been real with the rise of Covert Cloak. Covert Cloak allows for Pokemon to ignore secondary effects and at first it was pretty much nonexistent with most users running same old items such as choice scarf, air balloon, and more. In the past month though, there have a couple interesting Pokemon effectively using this Pokemon and safe to say Salt Cure won't be as annoying as it once was. Q: Why is the gameplay have the opponent being dumb?
A: Well surprise its me playing as the opponent as well and having Pokemon faint every 5 seconds isn't as fun as seeing the Pokemon do something in the battle for some time, which is why the gameplay seems like the opponent is braindead. Although I have taken some feedback and have tried to make it more interesting as possible without making the Pokemon faint every 5 seconds for hopefully better entertainment.
