I'm sorry that this was really rushed. I was working on other videos because I had no clue how to make a fun mental health video for this year. Last year's wasn't bad and I don't regret it, but it wasn't necessarily entertaining. I racked my brain for the whole month and in the last week I came up with this. I honestly hope you enjoy it and that it helps you in some way. Like I said in this video, what prompted me to get the help I needed and realize I was worth something was a YouTube video, so it's not as stupid as your brain makes you think it is. Every fight starts with a bell... or... you know what I mean.
