Exploring Depictions of the Twin Towers on N64
Today, I wanted to explore the various depictions of the Twin Towers as they were modeled or shown in various Nintendo 64 games, published contemporaneously with the era when these towers stood tall. This was a topic I've wanted to discuss for years, pondering the connection between our nostalgic views on the world, as it ties in with something so evidently symbolic as a decline through society at large. It's fascinating to see how they were represented back then, and the games they are featured in serve as a kind of weird "time capsule" to explore how they might have been perceived or treated at the time.
If this topic isn't for you, then no worries, this was a one off thing. I'll be back to some GoldenEye oddities in a few days.
