Exploring with the Nissan GTR - Need for Speed: World Offline
I'm a lot late to the game since I was focusing on OMSI for 2 years.
So remember back in 2010, when we first started playing Need for Speed World, and all we could think about was how awful it was that we couldn't play an local version and just play with all the available cars?
Remember when July 2015 came and there was even more regret cause we suddenly weren't able to play the game at all anymore?
The solution is here to both: Need for Speed: World Offline! This is a fan developed project, that basically allows you to play Need for Speed World the way we originally wanted to: without having to depend solely on EA's servers. So far the only downside is having to set everything up, and of course you can't get your progess from the EA server, but of course that's minor since you literally can get all your progress back in a matter of clicks!
Please note, that all the lag is from my crummy PC, not from the game itself. When I'm not running fraps, the game runs the same as it did beforehand!
