In this tutorial I show you how I export HD 1080P video after editing to a clean, clear SD DVD file Adobe Encore can use and retain the chapter points I created in Premiere. As you may know Adobe Media Encoder doesn't do the best job of re-sizing HD footage down to 720X480 for DVDs. This is the best method I've found.
