Exposing the tokenized stock fud! Response to Al From Boston
Now we know that tokenized AMC stocks WERE used to manipulate the AMC price, however, the key part of this is that the tokenized stocks 'claimed' to be 1:1 backed and therefore COULD be used as locates for market makers.
However, the 8 quadrillion never claimed to be backed and therefore COULD NOT be used as a locate by these market makers, infact, you yourself could create these amc wrapped tokens in under 10 minutes.
Its important to differentiate between backed & non backed tokens as this is the key differentiator as to whether the tokens can be used by the market makers or not.
