Extensive Example of Building a Prerelease Deck
41Here's a full simulated prerelease pool and the exact steps I use to build a deck from a 6-pack pool. This is just an example based on conditions. It would have gone differently if there were a large enough amount of absolute game-dominating cards in 2 colors or if there were insanely bad options in 4 of the colors. In general, I do tend to go for the creature base, compare the removal reliability and amount, and make a decision from there after other disqualifies or automatic decisions are considered.
