Combat Flight Simulators tend to be the domain of the PC and computer platforms. Even then, it doesn't mean trying to squeeze one onto a console was beyond the dreams of developers Lerner Research, with F-22 Interceptor released onto the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis in 1991.
