In Sharka's FlightBytes, I'll be flying missions in various classic home computer flight and military sims, mainly those from MicroProse. They'll include some of my absolute favourites and some sims I missed out on back in the day but always wanted to play.

Another first outing with a favourite flight sim before we wheel back for a Gunship mission, this time for a console - the Sega Genesis. The Genesis/MD is a surprisingly rich source for flight experiences and F-22 is a fine example of how well they could be done within the constraints of a three-button pad.

Captured from a 60hz modded PAL Mega Drive via RGB Scart, GBS-C and Razer Ripsaw. I forgot to turn off the scanlines, which,. as with CRT shaders, don't always get recorded by OBS all that well.
