these thingies are bad. having implemented keyloggers or worse.. Def your personal data, where you go, stay, what you eat, whenever you go to the toilet with your phone..
if you consume unhelpful and unhealthy stuff,
your insurance company buys that data and sets the monthly fee accordingly or even bans you from having insurance in the first place. that's only a kinda worst case scenario, but either way, you should try protecting your data.
there were cases where people falsely got imprisoned cause their phones data showed them at a place of crime. only issue, they weren't the only ones and the actual ones didn't have any phones with them.
