F1 by Domark on Sega Mega Drive / Genesis - 1993 - Full World Championship Playthrough Expert Mode
Continuing my work for a video I'm doing looking at the history of Formula One games I wanted to share this game with you. Simply called F1 and published by Domark on the Sega Mega Drive / Genesis, it was the main rival to Super Monaco Grand prix on that console, and despite being highly praised at the time and one of my favourite racers back then, it's largely been forgotten through the mists of time. It was notable for being fully licensed by FOCA, who were responsible at the time for licensing F1 games.
This video is the complete playthrough of the World Championship season of F1 in Expert mode. You'll see all of my successes and failures through my first playthrough of the game in something like a quarter of a century.
I'm not expecting anyone to sit through all of this, it's just a retro-look at how we raced back in the early 1990's. I'll put chapter points along the bottom to jump around at your leisure.
