Context: In the final game, this quest is known as "The Beggar And The Child" but in the game's data there is plenty of evidence to support two quests which might have stemmed from this quest. These are Travelling Beggar and Travelling Bully.

If you helped the Bully, then you would find him more often as you explored Albion and he would ask you to help him with evil alignment quests. After already helping him out once in Bowerstone South, you would find him again to help him get rid of thieves that are on his turf.

Disclaimer: All of the information for this quest, such as the Dialogue intended for it were removed or replaced with the ones that we experience in Fable TLC, however, they are still referenced in other builds of the game. Bare in mind that this is not a developer made cutscene and is merely my interpretation of how the cutscene may have played out, based on the evidence.
