After a while of playing, the FPS in the EXP menu can gradually get slower when switching between videos. Sometimes the Physique video clip can straight up, not play at all.

I don't really know the technical reason for this, but from what I have been told: The files used for the EXP Menu videos actually degrade over time while playing, which is why it might not be immediately obvious when you start the game for the first time.

There are two ways of modding the game which can get around this issue:

1) Replace all the EXP Menu video files in Data/Video with a 0-1 second video clip (or just delete them entirely).

2) Download TheFableHistorian's "60FPS Fresco and EXP Menu Video" Mod. I am not entirely sure if this one will fix the problem, but they should give better results than the default video files.
