Every so often, when transitioning from night to day, NPCs will play the "Waking Up" animation even though they have just spawned and are nowhere near the bed that they were waking up from. It can occasionally happen to normal villagers, but its more common for Shopkeepers and Blacksmiths.

Turns out I was playing Morrowind music in the background when recording this. Probably because I wasn't expecting it to happen.
