I use Colored Cable to connect tanks and READ the Type of Fluid and the Quantity (Amount or Volume) of Fluid being stored. I then use this information to calculate the Total amount of Fluid in Storage Tanks (using averages from sample data) and the Average amount of fluid in each tank.

Calculations that you will want to be able to set up using the Combinator Family of Tool Are:
Total Storage Available in Tank Aray (25k x #Tanks = Total Storage)
Total Fluid in Storage (Sample Data / #Tanks Sampled x #Tanks)
Available Space in Storage (Total Storage Available - Total Fluid Stored)
Addition
Subtraction
Multiplication
/ Division
Number of
k Represents Thousands (1k = 1,000)
