Factorio #41: Oil And Advanced Circuits

Now that the red and green science packs are making, the research labs are working flat out, our next stage is oil production and red circuits. To make the advanced circuits we're going to need oil, so the first thing is to get some pump jacks, a refinery and a basic setup for making plastic and batteries. After that we can use the plastic to make the advanced circuits and it will also leave things open for us to start making blue science packs!
