Before Youtube got me the name of the song: "I was going to post this before I asked my question on Yahoo answers. Since no one's understood that the track I'm referring to isn't on a album I could find, I'm going to post it here just in case.

It seems to be a mixture of French and English lyrics, so I'm not sure what this was for the Nightmare on Elm St. series, but I find it really catchy. To tip it off, it's from a torrent which I downloaded since I was trying to find the part cd for the "halloween party music" since I haven't found that cd around my house recently.

If anybody has the correct name and information for this song, please comment, I'd like to read what the History behind this is."

Thanks Youtube, I had no idea who this was by. This is just odd... Though, I have to say, the original song does have that Elmer Bernstien Nightmare sound to it at the beginning. This is a nice remix since it seems to fit Freddy in a way.
