Here I will show you how to fix "Failed To Connect To A Windows Service" for all the of the Microsoft windows OS's. This is a very easy and up to date guide on how to sort out this problem. This problem prevents your PC/Laptop from opening up any file to application on your Laptop/PC.

Commands I type in are:
1. "netsh" press enter
2. "winsock reset" press enter then restart your Laptop/computer.
3. Your done!
