We start out leaving the Temple of Time to find the Market in ruins and filled with ReDead, and to make matters worse Hyrule Castle is gone and replaced by Ganon's Castle which we cant even get inside. With nothing we can do here we leave and head to Lon Lon Ranch. Making sure it's daytime we find Malon and chat for a bit. Ingo the old farmhand took over the ranch in order to impress Ganondorf and tells us that Talon is gone. We confront him and ask to ride the horses for a while, we reunite with Epona by calling her with Epona's Song.. After we get a little practice in, we run out of time and pay to ride again. After getting back on Epona we talk to Ingo and make a wager to beat him in a race. We destroy him and in a rage he asks us to race again and bets Epona if he loses. We destroy him again and win Epona however he refuses to let us leave the ranch, We care less and jump the outside wall to escape with our new found ally Epona. (Note: Epona will come to you anywhere in Hyrule Field if you play Epona's Song and will help you travel faster.) Now entering the ranch again we find Ingo has come back to his senses and given the farm to Malon in fear. Malon thanks us and tells us about Ingo. (Note: You can talk to Malon again to challenge her course record and if you beat her time your own time will be recorded in your tree house in Kokiri Forset.)
