2. Electrical power
3. Fuel flow to NORM
4. Engine start 2
5. Air conditioner ON
6. Wait for engine to get to 25% RPM
7. Throttle detent
8. JFS switch
9. Engine is fully powering up now (70% is full/idle), while it's doing so you can continue to the next steps in any order
RIGHT SIDE OF PIT
10. Cockpit lights
11. Avionics power/INS ALign to NORM
12. SNSR power all on, radar to STBY
LEFT SIDE of pit
13. ECM to OPR
14. IFF comm to UCF
15. Exterior lights to liking
16. Comm 1 / 2 to right
17. MSL and THREAT knobs to right
18. COMM to MAN
19. RWR PWR
20. Setup ECM panel, various settings
21. Parking break?
22. Arm ejection seat
23. Wait for BIT/INS - load data cartridge through DTE
RIGHT SIDE of pit
24. When done, set INS from ALIGN to NAV
25. NWS steering on, shift /
26. Parking break off
27. Go kill shit
