There's a mysterious building hidden deep within Denari's caves, which is a hideout for the Fallen. The skeletons here are really strong and the mages can two-shot most characters. I recommend saving before each battle and trying to win without using revive items, since you may need those for boss battles.
After finding all the notes and reading the big book at the north room, you'll have to solve some tricky statue puzzles. Once you do those, a giant elephant monster will block the hallway junction in the north room.

Once that's done with, you should have access to three doors. Save the middle door for last.
In the middle and final door, you'll find two paths, with the left path guarded by a skeleton mob and the right path having Korza's sister, Tayla. If you didn't clear the left path, you'll have to do so now. Sadly, despite our efforts to stop Tayla's monsterfication, she still transforms into a boss.

Surprisingly, unlike most bosses, she's susceptible to yells, so you can force her into the back row.
Afterwards, you'll get the Fallen Key, allowing you to open every chest in the dungeon. Korza will join permanently, so you can finally bring him into the mines.
