This mod will change the way you break trees. 2 modes are available:
Instantaneous: Break one log and the whole tree will fall
Shift down: Break a block and the log will slowly shift down as you cut it (good if you don't want to "cheat" too much but are lazy to go cut top log blocks
How to install Falling Tree Mod:
You have already installed Minecraft Forge.
Locate the Minecraft application folder.
On windows open Run from the Start menu, type %appdata% and click Run.
On mac open finder, hold down ALT and click Go then Library in the top menu bar. Open the folder Application Support and Install Falling Tree Mod for Minecraft.
Place the mod you have just downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods folder.
When you launch Minecraft and click the mods button you should now see the mod is installed.
