For some reason Bethesda's version of Fallout 2, which they have been giving away to owners of Fallout 76, has Item Highlights and Speed Hack *disabled* by default as well as a different version of the sfall mod (sfall 2.19), while the Steam and GoG versions (sfall 3.2) both have Item Highlights and Speed Hack enabled by default.

In this video I describe how to enable Item Highlights for the Bethesda.net Launcher version of Fallout 2, by making a few simple edits to the ddraw.ini file located in the Fallout 2 directory.
