On our way to Arlington Public Library, we ran into the leadership of the Outcast and discovered their outpost. Protector Henry Casdin is the leader of the Outcast. He has asked me to become an Outcast Collection Agent: I can trade pieces of power armor, energy weapons, sensor modules, scrap metal, and alien power cells to Casdin in return for various loot and, eventually, entrance to Fort Independence. We discovered a large settlement of Raiders nearby and had a field day, what fun. On our way to the Library, we ran into a lot of Raiders.
