1what was supposed to be broken here? or am i just not at any noticable part for it yet?
According to google:
"To remove the FPS cap in Fallout 3, edit the FALLOUT.ini file in your "My Documents\My Games\Fallout 3" folder, change the value of iPresentInterval from 1 to 0, "
is there something else i have to do? the whole idea of this was that i would play through this game with the fps unlocked, as it's supposed to break shit like the lockpicking and whatnot if you take the game ABOVE 60fps
so again, am i missing anything, or is this about right?
