3rd Episode.
We start of Part 003 with a number of shoutouts to some of you who have had or will be having an impact on the series so far.
Despite my opinions on how I think there shouldn't be a limit to how long one should spend thanking helpful people I do apologies for the 10 minute pre-intro of which a good several minutes were dedicated to appreciating a few of you who have been showing serious interest in this series as well as helping to make it better. =)

As for the game itself we only had a couple goals this time: firstly to build a few more houses including an academy prior to recruiting a few more RTS companions with intent on keeping them as slaves *cough* I mean citizens. That darned raider and radscorpion threw a spanner in the works though but we'll perservere!

Fallout 3 is a very impressive game but the heart and soul of it comes from the mods that the community creates in abundance.
Despite Fallout 3 being years old there are still people who dabble with mod creation for the game and among my personal all-time favourites is Real Time Settler. In a nutshell you can create your very own settlement, whether you want to found a small village that houses your closest companions or an enormous city that rivals the pre-war Washington D.C. itself there are no limits to the scale or scope of your city building desires.

This is an overhaul of my previously discontinued series that was abandoned for many reasons so here's to a new beginning and a fresh new settlement in the post-apocalyptic Washington D.C.

482 days (or 1 year and 117 days) passed before I finally managed to get around to kicking off this series anew! I apologize to all of you who have been waiting for this for such a long time and I'm elated to present this series albeit being a tad bit delayed. =)
