I grab some grenades from the mailbox rather then buy them which saves some time.
I also fast travel as reg suggested.
The flying looks a little sloppier then last time because of the start, but is actually quicker because of better pitboy and I don't get stuck part way up.
Total time saved to the citadel is 29 sec with a net gain of 55 sec.
I gain 1 sec in the citadel which is a lot for such a short segment
On the path to little lamplight I have to take the time to equip my stims but I save a bunch by mountain climbing at the start so I save 17 sec in that segment with a net savings of 1:13
