girl NPC - Cherry you can get from one house near the center of Washington D.C. - see my video about best slaver.

You can see that NPC disappear - after get to cell.
You can see that you can kill slave when he / she is at Paradise Falls ( on way to cell )and you get payment.
You can see that you can free slave after you get payment and then this NPC again enslave and sent again to Paradise Falls - but now slavers kill him / her.
Let youself kill by one slaver by your Fatman.
