How get hleper Jericho and Clover at once:
First You need evil karma.
Jericho is in Megaton so hire him.
Clover ( slave girl ) - you can buy her in Paradise Falls.
When you will be in Paradise Falls with Jericho - then send him away - then you can buy Clover after you buy her speak with Jericho and take him back and after speak with Clover - how you can see it in this my video.

Infinite caps:
Fulfil quest for slaver in Paradise Falls - he give you super gun - Mezmetron ( and some ammo, when you wil need another ammo - so just buy it from him ) and collar with bomb ( collar from slave ).
Quest: you must get 4 special slaves - so get them all.
Then - they will be in cell in Paradise Falls - cell key is on the table in house of boss. So then just speak again with these slaves and then return to slaver who give you money - he give you money again - you can repeat this how much you want - so infinite bottle caps.
