Mod 1:
Go to following link - http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/274/?

Download the option of your choice, so either you will download the 2560x1080 or 3440x1440 version depending on your set up.
Once that file is downloaded, extract the contents and you will get a single .ba2 file. Now go to the following location in your computer, steam/steamapps/common/fallout 4/data, and here place the .ba2 file you just downloaded.

Now go to "documents/my games/fallout 4/" and open "fallout4presf.ini"

search for: "iSize H" and change to your desired height resolution (example: iSize H=1080)

search for: "iSize W" and change to your desired width resolution (example: iSize W=2560)

save the file

Then go to "documents/my games/fallout 4/" and open file "fallout4.ini"

find a line: "sResourceStartUpArchiveList= Fallout4 - Startup.ba2, Fallout4 - Shaders.ba2, Fallout4 - Interface.ba2"

Add: "Fallout4 - interface.ba2" a record: ",widescreen.ba2" (include comma)

save the file

Now load up flawlesswidescreen, and install the fallout 4 plugin. Once installed click enable fix, and in the list of options for the game make sure everything is ticked on except for limit the hud to 16:9, make sure that is unticked as we want it to shift out of the way to the sides of the screen. Just keep flawlesswidescreen running in the background and off you go. Whenever you play in the future just make sure to have flawlesswidescreen running.

Now I did have a brief issue where the game initially loaded in windowed mode after doing the fix. So now quit the game if it has loaded in a window, and click play again, and in the options area here before you actually start the game, make sure windowed mode is unticked. Now when you do this it will undo the editing you did earlier in the “fallout4prefs.ini” file, so just redo the step as shown above of changing the game resolution in falloutprefs.ini. Save the file and off you go, it shouldn’t happen again.

Mod 3: This is fix for armour hud, do the one that is relevant to your resolution. For either one take the code and open up the fallout4.ini file and under the ‘Interface’ section just paste the code, then save the file and your done
