0:44 – PAM gives briefing for Mercer Safehouse (Located at Taffington Boathouse)
2:09 – PAM gives briefing for Jackpot: Hub 360
3:57 – Location of Hub 360
6:25 – Speaking with Tinker Tom about Ballistic Weave

Notes:
- If Tactical Thinking has been received, PAM will be in security lock-down mode. Completing Defend the Castle will allow you to speak with PAM again as usual.
- You can feel free to complete these quests and unlock ballistic weave before the ending of the main storyline.
- If the ballistic weave dialogue from Tinker Tom remains unavailable even after completing the necessary missions, you may need to complete the missions for PAM on an earlier save from before the ending of the main storyline. This is a possible fix, according to a comment below.
