BUILD DETAILS:
Strength: 4 (need access to armorsmith & weaponsmith)
Perception: 4 (affects VATS accuracy; do not wanna mess with it)
Endurance: 2 (first sacrifice; necessary for things later on)
Charisma: 6 (To get access to Local Leader; this is very necessary to add NPCs to your settlements, which will allow you trade with them for some of the best items in the game, and help out with weapon crafting and making your settlement bigger)
Intelligence: 6 (Most important, for access to Gun Nut & Science, which will allow you to mod guns and energy weapons, as well as hacker, which will allow you to craft terminals for your settlement)
Agility: 2 or 3 (second sacrifice we have to make)
Luck: 3 or 4 (depending on what Agility you chose; I prefer not messing with luck since criticals have always been incredibly important in Fallout games)
RECOMMENDED PERKS:
1) Local Leader
2) Science
3) Gun Nut
4) Armorsmith
5) Weaponsmith
6) Hacker
