Fallout 4 works with text files. If you are someone like me I don't like installing mods if I don't have to. I have enough mods thank you haha. I also build quite a lot in this game and need to see what I am doing.

I use Notepad, it is something I have used for years but there are other text applications out there. Open it, if you want Clear Weather " fw 2b52a " works well for me. Just copy fw 2b52a into the empty file. Save it as "clear". Or that is what I saved the file as. Save it as whatever you will remember it as.

Go to where your Fallout4.exe file is located, if you use mods you really need to be using the f4se loader. I never use the "C" drive for such things as games, so my game is at "D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4", Your game folder could be, more than likely somewhere else.
Place your newly made file directly into your game folder. My file is called clear.txt.

Boot your game up. Open your in-game console, "~", type "bat clear" - or whatever you called your txt file. As you can see what I did in the video - Walla. Clear weather.

This is what I do specially when building so I can see what I am doing. You dont need to download anything such as a mod. All you need to have is access to the in-game console. I play on my computer, however I hear on the game consoles people can have access to the in-game console as well?? I am hoping the video is clearer then my written instructions.

Thank you for watching!
