This is a settlement build tour at Echo Lake Lumber from my most recent lightly modded Fallout 4 playthrough, using only vanilla and DLC objects (with a little help from Place Everywhere) with some additional assets being spawned using console commands.

This is a Harbormen allied fishing and trading settlement. The main building has been converted into a bar and restaurant with rooms to rent for travellers on the ground floor, along with living quarters for settlers on the upper floor and attic.

The parking lot to the front of the main building has been converted into a marketplace, with some additional settler homes located towards the rear. The settlement also has several warehouses and piers along the waterfront along with two small crop fields to provide food for the settlement.

Had a lot of fun working on this settlement and was a nice surprise to find a lot of the debris and rubble piles were scrapable. Overall really pleased with how this turned out 😁.
