This series covers the construction of my settlement at Echo Lake Lumber in Far Harbor. Apart from Place Everywhere no settlement object mods were used, and only uses vanilla and DLC objects with some additional assets being spawned using Console Commands.

In the fifth part of the series I try to patch and repair the pre-existing main building ruins, which will be used as the settlements bar and offer rooms to rent for travellers. This features an side extension on the south side of the building, along with a dormer window in the attic overlooking the front of the settlement, and an extension with a balcony overlooking the rear. The ground and first floors will be used as a bar a restaurant area, with rooms to rent in the basement, and living quarters in the second floor and attic.
