A restart of my game without Sim Settlements. The overall aim of my game is to achieve a Peaceful Ending, well except for the Institute. I also have numerous mods that help to fill the world with new things. Today it's from Sanctuary to Sunshine Tidings. What is happening there, is the area haunted or home to some monster.
