A Funny Fallout 4 review of the Fallout 4 Gameplay and Fallout 4 Perk system. The video includes perk trees, the removal of skills, levelling, and a comparison to Bethesda’s Skyrim and Fallout 3.

Bethesda has come a long way in its Gameplay choices for the Fallout and the Elder Scrolls games (Skyrim). Each major game has changed the Levelling and Perk system in some way. This video is a review how these changes in Gameplay, and especially the new Fallout 4 Gameplay Perk system, impact the way you perceive each game.
Fallout 4 has no level cap, no skills, and a detailed perk system, this on the surface makes it very similar to Skyrim.

Skyrim is a much less serious game when compared to the fallout games and I think this difference in levelling is why. You do not need to plan as much as in the Elder Scrolls games because you can just invest more points later into lockpick or heavy armour. The Fallout 4 Gameplay perk system may result in the game being a lot less serious than fallout 3. In Fallout 3 you reached level 20 and could no longer change your character so had to be very careful where to spend your points.

The video also discusses the fallout Gameplay perks and their relation to special, or S.P.E.C.I.A.L, attributes (Strength, perception, endurance, charisma, intellect, Agility, and luck, and how they impact the game.
