I noticed how the iron sights in Fallout 4 are slightly mis-alinged, (probably animations are causing it), so I have to actually aim a bit lower, and to the left to actually hit where I'm aiming at, and it's not recoil, the first shot doesn't appear to have much recoil in the game. (or atleast the ones I tried didn't have any)
