This mod apparently no longer exists on pc so sorry if that is what you are loooking for

In this mod review I cover a mod that enhances the quick hands perk. Quick hands makes it so you reload faster, but only with the first rank in the vanilla game. This mod makes it so the second and third ranks you take of the perk make reloading even faster and it can be almost instant with certain weapons.
