Fallout 4 Mod Review - Better Moving Target

In this mod review I cover a mod that buffs the moving target perk. Instead of giving you a small damage resistance bonus while spreading each rank of this perk now gives you a larger damage bonus. It also makes it so you use less ap while sprinting with each rank instead of just the last one, and it also makes it so you actually sprint faster while each rank. At rank 3 you are sprinting very fast, you can run for a long time, and you are very tanky while you are doing it.
