In this mod review I cover a mod that attempts to enhance the colors of fallout 4. Unlike the original version of this mod, the gloomy version desaturates color to give everything a look more dead, depressing and desperate. If you want fallout 4 to look and feel a lot more like fallout 3 and its extreme post-apocalyptic dread.
