In this mod review I cover a mod that replaces feral ghouls with the flood from the halo series. This mod is very well done, and you get a wide variety of different looking infected people as well as flood carriers that explode into little baby floodlings that add a new combat challenge. You should also make sure to download the extra sound mod because the flood sounds are a lot more terrifying then ghoul sounds and it really adds an extra layer.
