In this mod review I cover a mod that adds a new institute heavy weapon to the game, the Insititute plasma incinerator. This weapon shoots large volumes of plasma fire or can be modified to shoot a large full auto spread of plasma balls. All of this while using fusion cores as ammunition allowing you to shoot up to 500 shots per core, and this weapon really only needs a few shots to melt through anything.
